Associate - Corporate, Manchester

Senior corporate associate role in the Manchester office of a well‑established UK firm. You will join a busy corporate team handling M&A, private equity and equity capital markets matters, with exposure to deals across multiple regional offices.

The role offers hands‑on transactional work including buy‑ and sell‑side acquisitions, IPOs and equity fundraisings, due diligence and disclosure, drafting transaction documents and supporting client meetings. There are opportunities for early client contact and professional development within a supportive team.

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years PQE
• Solid technical corporate experience, ideally with M&A, private equity or equity capital markets exposure
• Experience managing a caseload and providing commercial legal advice
• Strong drafting, attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and client service skills; team player
• Flexible approach and willingness to work outside standard hours when required
