Join a national and international Energy & Construction team renowned for handling complex, high-value construction and engineering disputes. The Manchester team works closely with colleagues across the UK and overseas on matters for contractors, developers, insurers and major corporates across energy, infrastructure and major development projects.

This role is for a Senior Associate (5+ PQE) focused on contentious construction and engineering work. You will handle adjudications, High Court litigation and other dispute resolution processes, managing a caseload while supporting senior lawyers on larger or multi-jurisdictional matters.

The team offers exposure to significant disputes within a collaborative, technically focused environment and opportunities to contribute to business development and mentor junior lawyers.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE
Proven experience in contentious construction/engineering disputes
Experience with adjudication, High Court litigation and other dispute resolution processes
Exposure to energy, infrastructure, PFI/PPE or major development projects
Strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills; able to manage complex matters with autonomy
Commercial awareness and collaborative approach with experience mentoring junior lawyers
