Associate — Corporate (Transactional)

Leading international law firm is seeking lateral associates to join its U.S. corporate transactional teams. Opportunities are open across multiple U.S. offices (including New York, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and Palo Alto) and will involve working on complex, cross-border corporate matters for institutional clients.

The role involves supporting deal execution across the full lifecycle of corporate transactions: drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, preparing closing deliverables, and coordinating with internal and external teams. Successful candidates will work closely with partners and senior associates on high-value, time-sensitive matters.

The firm offers structured training, mentorship and exposure to a broad client base. Candidates should be able to manage heavy transaction workflows, communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, and thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar (or eligibility to obtain admission)
• Prior transactional corporate experience at a law firm (drafting, deal execution, due diligence)
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on cross-border and multi-disciplinary matters
