National law firm is hiring transactional corporate associates to join its multi-office US corporate team. The role involves working on a range of commercial transactions across industries, supporting senior lawyers on deal execution and client-facing matters.

The team handles mergers & acquisitions, private company transactions, and commercial contracts; associates will gain exposure to drafting, due diligence, negotiations and closing processes. This is a growth role with opportunities to work with cross-office teams and develop a broad transactional practice.

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
Experience in corporate transactional work (M&A, purchase agreements, corporate governance, or similar)
Strong drafting, due diligence and deal-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively on multi-office teams and communicate clearly with clients
