An experienced corporate associate is sought to join a highly regarded Glasgow corporate team supporting cross-border, complex and high-value transactions. The role offers exposure to M&A, private equity, joint ventures and investments across a range of sectors and access to formal training and legal‑tech resources to support development.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, providing pragmatic commercial advice to clients, supporting senior lawyers on live matters and contributing to business development and team initiatives. The role will also involve supervising trainees and helping to maintain strong client relationships.

Minimum 2 years' post‑qualification experience in a UK corporate law team
Demonstrable experience on M&A, private equity and joint venture matters
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills
Client‑facing experience and good interpersonal/business development skills
Experience supervising junior lawyers or trainees
