Senior non-contentious construction lawyer sought to join a growing Projects, Infrastructure & Construction (PIC) team. The role is open to candidates based across the UK, with a preference for those able to be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh; flexible hybrid working is available.

You will work on non-contentious construction and development mandates across sectors such as renewables, utilities, civil engineering, housing and student accommodation, supporting partners on high-value client matters and participating in business development activity.

The team is national, ranked in major directories and offers strong internal collaboration, clear progression opportunities and involvement in strategic planning and tendering.

Qualified solicitor (SRA/Law Society or equivalent) with 6+ PQE
Substantial non-contentious construction experience; familiarity with standard industry forms
Experience advising on real estate development, infrastructure or public sector projects advantageous
Proven experience supervising junior lawyers and support staff
Strong client-facing, communication and commercial advisory skills
