Join a leading international law firm's Hong Kong Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team within its Corporate Transactions practice. The team advises on IPOs, secondary offerings, pre- and post-listing matters, and related M&A and compliance work across highly regulated sectors.

Hong Kong qualification with 2+ years' post-qualification experience in ECM, M&A (public and private) and post-listing compliance at a reputable international law firm
Proven prospectus and disclosure drafting experience and strong transaction documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency highly desirable
Commercial mindset, attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to manage deal work and supervise juniors
