Top-tier New York office seeks a lateral associate to join a busy Credit & Leveraged Finance team. The group handles cross-border and domestic financings for corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, private debt providers and other market participants across industries including digital infrastructure, telecoms, energy, real estate and life sciences.

Work includes acquisition financings, first- and second-lien term loans, asset-based and cash‑flow revolvers, mezzanine financings, subordinated notes and related financings. The role offers high-quality training, close mentorship and exposure to market-leading, often cross‑border transactions.

Open to associates with 1–2 years' law firm finance experience who want to develop in a top-tier leveraged finance practice.

1–2 years of experience in a law‑firm finance/leveraged finance practice
Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to work on complex financing transactions and collaborate across teams and jurisdictions
