Growing renewable energy project finance team seeks a junior associate (minimum 2+ years' experience) to work on lender-side financings for solar, wind and battery storage projects across the United States. The role offers exposure to construction financing, term loans, back-leverage financings and related project and corporate documentation.

Typical responsibilities include drafting exhibits and financial/corporate documents, reviewing project contracts and diligence materials, and supporting complex transactional closings. Opportunities exist in multiple U.S. offices; candidates will be considered for Los Angeles and New York.

Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in project finance, energy finance, or general corporate finance work
Experience or strong interest in renewable energy transactions (solar, wind, battery storage)
Comfort drafting and negotiating financing and corporate documentation; exposure to construction and term loan finance preferred
Admission to the state bar of the office where the candidate will be based (e.g., New York or California)
