A market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking two mid-level to senior associates to join its highly collaborative, cross-office practice. The team works seamlessly across locations and handles sophisticated transactional matters for clients in the energy and infrastructure space.

The role offers the opportunity to take on substantive responsibility in a busy, high-caliber practice, with a focus on either tax equity and project finance transactions or project development work, including construction and EPC contracts and offtake agreements. Candidates may be based in any of the firm's U.S. offices, including Chicago, Washington D.C., New York, Houston, Los Angeles or Northern California.

3–6 years of sophisticated transactional experience at a leading law firm
Strong academic credentials
