- 3–6 years' relevant law firm experience in project finance, tax equity or project development
- Demonstrable experience with construction/EPC contracts and offtake agreements preferred
- Strong academic credentials and sophisticated transaction experience
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple U.S. offices; admission to practice in the U.S.
