Apply in confidence →Market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team seeks two mid-level to senior associates with 3–6 years of transactional experience. The role focuses on project finance and project development matters across energy and infrastructure, including tax equity, project finance, construction/EPC contracts and offtake arrangements.
The team is cross-office and collaborative; candidates may be based in any of the firm’s U.S. offices (Chicago, Washington D.C., New York, Houston, Los Angeles or Northern California). The position is eligible for the firm’s annual bonus program and standard employee benefits.
- 3–6 years PQE in project finance, project development or related transactional practice
- Substantive experience with tax equity and project finance transactions and/or construction (EPC) contracts and offtake agreements
- Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a reputable law firm handling sophisticated transactions
- Admission to practice in the U.S. (or ability to obtain promptly)
