Our market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking to hire two mid-level to senior associates to support a sophisticated, cross-office transactional practice. The team is highly collaborative and works seamlessly across offices nationwide, and we welcome candidates based in Northern California as well as several other major U.S. markets.

The role offers hands-on involvement in complex project transactions with a focus on one or more of the following areas: tax equity and project finance; or project development, including construction and EPC contracts, and offtake agreements. You will work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of energy and infrastructure matters across the investment lifecycle.

3–6 years of relevant experience
Strong academic credentials
Sophisticated transactional experience at a leading law firm
Particular focus on tax equity and project finance transactions and/or project development (such as construction and EPC contracts) and offtake agreements
