Leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is hiring mid‑level to senior associates for collaborative, cross‑office transactional work. The role is open to candidates based in several U.S. offices (team is highly integrated across locations).

Successful candidates will work on sophisticated project and infrastructure transactions, with a focus on tax equity and project finance, and/or project development matters such as construction/EPC contracts and offtake arrangements. The team handles large, complex financings and development transactions and offers structured opportunities for professional growth.

3–6 years PQE (mid‑level to senior associate transactional experience)
Demonstrated experience in project finance and tax equity or project development (construction/EPC and offtake agreements)
Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a national or international law firm on sophisticated transactions
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client‑facing skills; admission to practice in the U.S. (or eligibility) preferred
