A market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is hiring two mid- to senior-level associates with 3–6 years of transactional experience. The team advises on complex project financings and project development matters across a national platform.

Ideal candidates will have a focus on tax equity and project finance transactions and/or project development work (for example, construction and EPC contracts and offtake agreements). The group is highly collaborative and operates across multiple U.S. offices.

Roles are available in several U.S. offices; the position is eligible for the firm's annual bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package.

3–6 years' US law firm transactional experience, with substantial project finance, tax equity or project development exposure
Experience drafting and negotiating construction/EPC agreements, offtake contracts and/or project finance documentation
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated ability on sophisticated transactions
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and manage complex matters
