A market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking to add two mid-level to senior associates to its highly collaborative, cross-office platform. The group handles sophisticated transactional work for clients across the energy and infrastructure sectors, and members work seamlessly across offices nationwide.

The role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility in complex project mandates, with exposure to both financing and development work streams. Candidates may be based in one of several U.S. offices, and the team welcomes applicants from leading law firm backgrounds.

3–6 years of sophisticated transactional experience at a leading law firm
Particular focus on tax equity and project finance transactions and/or project development, including construction and EPC contracts and offtake agreements
Strong academic credentials
Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across offices
