The team works collaboratively across multiple US offices and is open to candidates based in Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, Houston, Los Angeles or Northern California. The group handles sophisticated, cross-office transactions for energy and infrastructure clients.
- 3–6 years' PQE in project finance, tax equity or project development
- Experience with construction/EPC contracts and offtake agreements preferred
- Strong academic credentials and sophisticated law firm transactional experience
- Admission to practice in the U.S. (or eligible) and ability to work across US offices
