A market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is looking to add two mid-level to senior associates to support a growing, cross-office transactional practice.

The work is sophisticated and spans the full project lifecycle, with particular emphasis on either tax equity and project finance transactions or project development — including construction and EPC contracts — and offtake agreements. The team is highly collaborative and works seamlessly across offices.

Candidates may be based in Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, Houston, Los Angeles or Northern California, and will join a platform that handles complex, high-profile infrastructure and energy matters for a broad range of clients.

3–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Sophisticated transactional experience at a leading law firm
Focus on tax equity and project finance transactions and/or project development, including construction and EPC contracts and offtake agreements
Strong academic credentials
Ability to work collaboratively across offices
