Standing at the forefront of the U.S. projects and infrastructure market, our team is seeking to add two mid-level to senior associates to help grow a dynamic, cross-office practice platform.

The right candidates will bring sophisticated transactional experience gained at a leading law firm, with particular depth in tax equity and project finance transactions and/or project development work (including construction and EPC contracts) and offtake agreements. We are open to nuanced backgrounds and value lawyers who combine strong technical skills with commercial judgment.

The team is highly collaborative and works seamlessly across offices, so successful candidates may be based in any of our U.S. offices across Chicago, Washington D.C., New York, Houston, Los Angeles, or Northern California.

3–6 years of relevant experience (mid-level to senior associate)
Strong academic credentials
Sophisticated transactional experience at a leading law firm
Focus on tax equity and project finance transactions, and/or project development (including construction and EPC contracts) and offtake agreements
Collaborative, team-oriented approach and comfort working across offices
