Apply in confidence →A market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking two mid‑level to senior associates with 3–6 years of transactional experience. The role focuses on project and infrastructure work across tax equity and project finance, and/or project development tasks such as construction/EPC agreements and offtake arrangements.
The team is collaborative and works across multiple U.S. offices; candidates may be based in Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, Houston, Los Angeles or Northern California. The role is eligible for the firm's annual bonus program and standard benefits.
- 3–6 years’ PQE in project finance, tax equity, project development or related transactional practice
- Experience with construction/EPC contracts and offtake agreements, or demonstrated tax equity/project finance transaction experience
- Strong academic credentials and law‑firm transactional background at a recognized firm
- Comfort working collaboratively across offices on cross‑office teams; admitted to practice in the U.S. (or eligible)
