Apply in confidence →A market-leading US Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking two mid‑level to senior associates (3–6 years' experience) to support a broad pipeline of tax equity, project finance and project development matters. The group advises on financing structures and development agreements across energy and infrastructure transactions.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on transaction experience with tax equity and project finance or with project development workstreams such as construction/EPC contracts and offtake agreements. The team is collaborative and works across multiple U.S. offices; candidates may be considered for several major U.S. locations.

- 3–6 years of US law firm transactional experience, with a focus on tax equity, project finance or project development
- Demonstrated experience with construction/EPC contracts and/or offtake agreements preferred
- Strong academic credentials and sophisticated deal experience
- Active admission to practice in the U.S. (state bar) or ability to obtain admission
