Associate — Crime & Regulatory (Health & Safety)

We are seeking a qualified Associate to join a national Crime & Regulatory team with UK coverage. The role offers substantive exposure to health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulatory work, including investigations, prosecutions, inquests and public inquiries arising from significant incidents.

The successful candidate will support high‑profile regulatory matters across multiple sectors, working alongside an established team that acts for corporate clients and insurers on enforcement and liability risk work. The role is offered on a hybrid basis with opportunities in UK offices, including London and Sheffield.

• 2+ years' post-qualification experience in regulatory/criminal or health & safety work
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulatory law and investigative processes
• Experience of client contact and managing matters from instruction to resolution
