The role spans multiple U.S. offices and focuses on transactional and regulatory matters supporting data center developers, hyperscalers, and large energy users on large-scale procurement, co-located generation, and digital infrastructure projects.
Successful candidates will work on market-facing energy and infrastructure engagements, support regulatory proceedings, and coordinate with cross-office teams. The group offers structured professional development, mentoring, and flexible U.S. office options.
- 3–6+ years of law firm experience in energy regulatory law, power markets, infrastructure transactions, or related energy matters
- Experience advising data center developers, hyperscalers, or large commercial energy users on procurement, generation, or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with regulatory proceedings (e.g., FERC, state public utility commissions) and appellate practice preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to manage client and counsel relationships and to work effectively in cross-office teams
- Commercial judgment, entrepreneurial mindset, and readiness to take on increasing responsibility
