Join a national disease and liability litigation team handling defendant-side personal injury work across UK offices (Sheffield, Manchester or Leeds). The role is hybrid and involves managing a varied caseload of industrial disease and liability claims.

You will work on complex and high-volume matters such as asbestos, NIHL, HAVS and employer/public liability claims, collaborating with a multi-office team that uses legal-tech and streamlined processes to deliver efficient client service.

This is an opportunity to develop technical litigation skills while taking responsibility for your own caseload and client contact within a market-facing defence practice.

Minimum 1+ years' experience on defendant disease litigation within a law firm
Proven ability to manage a caseload of fast-track and DCP claims
Experience of regular client contact and working in a team across multiple offices
Strong drafting, case management and advocacy-support skills; comfortable with hybrid working and legal technology
