We are seeking a junior commercial disputes associate to join a busy disputes team in Leeds. The role offers exposure to contentious work across England and internationally, including court and arbitral proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.

The team handles a broad range of sector work and focuses on practical, commercially-driven outcomes. You will work closely with non-contentious colleagues on disputes arising from commercial contracts and transactions.

This is a supportive, development-focused role with formal training, mentoring and clear progression opportunities for candidates keen to build a career in commercial litigation and arbitration.

Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE (private practice experience preferred)
Experience in commercial litigation, arbitration or contract disputes
Strong drafting, advocacy support and legal research skills
Commercial mindset, excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively
Enthusiasm for using technology and tools to improve service delivery
