Join a busy national commercial disputes team in Leeds as a mid-level associate (2–5 PQE). The role offers regular exposure to high‑value commercial litigation and arbitration matters across a range of sectors, working with a collaborative team that combines court, arbitral and alternative dispute resolution strategies.

You will handle substantive casework, draft pleadings and advised documents, support trial and hearing preparation, and collaborate with non-contentious colleagues on the underlying transactional issues. The team values technical excellence, commercial thinking and pragmatic client-focused solutions.

The role includes formal and informal development: training, mentoring and opportunities to broaden your disputes experience nationally and internationally as the practice grows.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 2–5 years' post‑qualification experience in commercial disputes
Demonstrable experience of civil litigation and/or international/domestic arbitration; strong drafting and advocacy support skills
Comfortable working on multi‑jurisdictional matters and collaborating with transactional teams
Commercial mindset, excellent client care and the ability to manage a busy workload in a fast‑paced team
