We are recruiting two Associates to join our award-winning Dispute Resolution practice on a permanent basis. The team handles some of the market's most high-profile, complex and challenging litigation, arbitration and investigations, with work spanning investor and financial disputes, mass claims, competition litigation, professional negligence claims, ESG litigation and crisis management.

Our disputes practice is internationally recognised, with a strong cross-border and multi-jurisdictional focus. Associates work across the full lifecycle of cases, gaining significant client contact and direct experience of shaping strategic direction from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload across the department's full range of dispute resolution matters.
  • Take a leading role on procedural matters and contribute to case strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with partners, counsel and opposing solicitors.
  • Engage directly with clients and be fully immersed in the evidence.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified solicitor in a common law jurisdiction.
  • Outstanding academic record and intellectual curiosity.
  • At least 2 years' experience advising on complex and sizeable disputes within a leading firm's disputes department.
  • Commercial, creative and technically excellent approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong drafting, communication and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous and highly organised, with excellent time management.
