Join a major insurance litigation team handling Employers' Liability, Public Liability and catastrophic loss matters. The role involves running your own caseload of pre-litigation and Sheriff Court matters and supporting senior colleagues on high-value, complex files.

The team operates a hybrid working model. The role can be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh with a mix of home and office working.

Day-to-day responsibilities include progressing cases efficiently, applying strong technical and litigation knowledge, managing client relationships, and contributing to team workflows and continuous development.

1+ years' post-qualification experience handling EL, PL and catastrophic loss claims in Scotland
Scottish legal qualification and experience of Scottish litigation procedures
Insurance litigation experience, including managing own caseload in Sheriff Court and pre-litigation stages
Ability to assist on large-value, complex files and to prioritise workload effectively
Strong analytical, negotiation and written/verbal communication skills
