Join a growing personal injury team within a large, international legal business. The team handles defended motor recovery claims and wider personal injury litigation for insurer and corporate clients.

The role involves managing a mixed caseload of motor recovery matters (including credit hire, uninsured loss recovery, recovery of outlays and property damage), progressing matters through court or settlement, and working to client service levels and commercial objectives.

This position is open to candidates based in the UK with hybrid working from the Glasgow or Edinburgh offices.

Qualified solicitor with 1+ years PQE (Personal Injury/insurance litigation experience preferred)
Experience with defender motor recoveries: credit hire, uninsured loss recovery, recovery of outlay and property damage claims
Ability to manage a caseload across summary cause, sheriff court and Court of Session levels
Strong litigation drafting, evidence review and court attendance skills; commercially aware and client-focused
NQs with relevant training-seat experience or demonstrable interest in motor recoveries will be considered
