Associate — Emerging Companies & Growth, New York

Top-tier corporate practice seeking a 3rd–5th year associate to join its Emerging Companies & Growth team in New York. The group advises startups, growth companies and their institutional investors across formation, equity and growth financings, and capital markets matters.

The role offers exposure to venture capital financings, growth equity and public company/capital markets work, with opportunities to collaborate across transactional, M&A and capital markets specialists. The team supports clients from early-stage formation through exit readiness.

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in emerging company, venture capital, and/or capital markets transactions
• Experience advising startups, investors, or public companies on financings and related corporate matters
• Strong transactional drafting and deal execution skills
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively on cross-disciplinary matters
