You will work both independently and in teams on day-to-day advisory matters, drafting and negotiating employment contracts and works agreements, preparing practical opinions, and representing clients in labour disputes and conciliation proceedings. Qualified attorney (German legal exams) with strong academic results (Prädikat desirable)
Practical exposure to employment law during studies or legal clerkship (Referendariat)
Confident written and spoken English for advising international clients
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style; team player with initiative and strong communication skills
