We are seeking an Employment associate to join a Frankfurt-based team advising national and international clients on individual and collective employment law. The role covers advisory and contentious work, including collective bargaining and works council negotiations, international policy design and litigation before labour courts.

You will be integrated into a global employment practice and work on cross-border matters, communicating complex German employment-law issues clearly to international stakeholders. The team offers structured mentoring, regular feedback and formal training pathways to support your development.

Qualified lawyer with early practical experience in German employment law (individual and/or collective)
Excellent German and strong English language skills, both written and spoken
Interest in advising commercial clients and working on cross-border/complex matters
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to explain legal issues to non‑legal stakeholders
