Senior associate role in a market-leading Employment & Pensions team in Frankfurt. You will work on national and cross-border employment law matters, advising on restructurings, M&A-related employment issues, executive and board-level matters, compliance and litigation, with direct client contact.

The team offers a collaborative culture, international mandate exposure, structured training and development, and the possibility of a multi-month overseas secondment. Flexible full- or part-time arrangements are possible.

Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
Excellent German and very good English skills
Experience on cross-border / international employment matters and interest in commercial/business issues
Advanced academic qualifications (LL.M. or doctorate) a plus; strong teamwork and client-facing skills
