You will advise clients on restructuring and turnaround of international companies, cross-border transactions and M&A, board and managing director matters, crisis management and communication, employment law compliance, and litigation. The role offers direct client contact and close involvement in international mandates.

The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and includes a comprehensive training programme, individual career development, and the possibility of a multi-month international secondment.

Excellent legal qualifications and very good English skills
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate are welcome
At least 3 years of professional experience
Interest in economic and commercial issues
Curiosity and enjoyment of international challenges
Teamwork and a sense of responsibility
