Restructuring and reorganization within and outside insolvency proceedings
Distressed M&A (purchase and sale from insolvency)
Sector-specific crisis counseling (e.g., automotive, energy, real estate)

Capital markets advice in crisis situations
Creditor representation

Trustee solutions
