Top-tier international law firm is hiring full-time, permanent Associates for its German offices (Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich) to join the Employment & Labor team. The role focuses on a mix of advisory and contentious work with frequent cross-border or international aspects.

Typical matters include restructuring and transaction-related employment work, employee participation and remuneration schemes, occupational pensions, co-determination and collective bargaining issues, executive employment agreements and employment-related litigation. The role offers exposure to complex projects and an international team environment.

German legal degree with strong academic results
Excellent English skills; German required
Interest/experience in transactional and contentious employment matters (e.g., restructurings, collective labour law, pensions)
Commercial mindset, legal creativity and the ability to work in international teams
