The role involves advising on transaction-related compensation issues, plan design, and employment aspects of corporate restructurings and PE/M&A processes.

You will work on complex, international assignments and contentious employment matters, including representation before labour courts and works constitution law issues. The team offers early responsibility, close collaboration, and support for professional development.

Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in tax, executive compensation or employment & benefits work
Experience advising on transaction-related compensation issues and cross-border employee benefits matters
Practical exposure to corporate restructurings, M&A/PE transactions and employment litigation (labour courts) preferred
Strong commercial awareness, drafting skills and ability to work collaboratively on international matters
