Two German state law exams, each with at least 'vollbefriedigend' (fully satisfactory) results
Enthusiasm for tax law and an economic compass
Ideally one to two years of professional experience in tax compliance, tax advisory, and tax disputes
Very good English skills
Solution-oriented thinking and acting
Enjoyment of teamwork
A doctorate or an LL.M. from an English-speaking country is not a hiring requirement but a welcome additional qualification
