The role offers immediate client contact and close involvement in international mandates from day one, whether you are starting your career or bringing experience.

Core areas of work include tax transaction advice, tax due diligence, deal structuring and post-acquisition measures; investment funds, capital markets and financing; corporate tax and reorganisations; tax disputes and proceedings; and succession, wealth and foundations planning. You will work in an interdisciplinary setting alongside colleagues from other practice groups, with opportunities to take on independent tax mandates.

Excellent legal qualifications or a university degree in economics with a tax advisor examination
Very good English skills
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate are welcome
