The team is litigation-focused, regularly appearing in UK employment tribunals and advising on discrimination and contested employment disputes. • 6 months–4 years PQE in UK employment law (tribunal experience essential)
• Practical employment litigation experience, including tribunal advocacy and case management
• Strong drafting, legal research and client-facing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in small teams and manage multiple matters
