Senior associate role in a busy London employment team advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters for a diverse client base across media, entertainment, tech and other sectors. The team handles contract negotiations, senior executive terminations and settlements, tribunals (including high-value claims), TUPE, collective redundancies, disciplinary and grievance processes, and restrictive covenant matters.

The firm offers a collegiate environment with structured training and clear progression. The successful candidate will be expected to take responsibility on matters, work closely with a small team, and contribute to business development and client relationship growth.

5–6 years' post-qualification experience in UK employment law
Strong academic background and high-quality training
Experience in both contentious and non-contentious work, including contested Employment Tribunal claims
Practical experience advising on TUPE, collective redundancies, disciplinary/grievance processes and restrictive covenants
Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial sense and ability to manage a diverse caseload
Proven ability or ambition to build a personal client base; experience advising clients in Film/TV/Theatre an advantage
