We are seeking an Associate (Rechtsanwalt) to join a global employment team based in Munich. The role involves advising national and international employers on both individual and collective labour law matters, including restructurings, works-council and union negotiations, international policy drafting and representation before labour courts.

You will be integrated into client-facing matters from the start, working in a collaborative, international environment with structured mentoring, regular feedback and access to local and global training programmes. Flexible working arrangements and employee wellbeing benefits are offered.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent admission
Strong academic record and excellent written and spoken German and English
Interest and/or experience in individual and collective labour law, including works council/union negotiations and labour litigation
Commercial awareness and ability to communicate complex legal issues to business stakeholders
