Experienced associate opportunity in a leading international employment and benefits practice based in Munich. The team advises on collective and individual employment law across corporate restructurings, cross-border transactions (including PE and M&A), works constitution matters and litigation before the labour courts.

The role offers early responsibility on complex, international matters and close collaboration within cross-office teams. You will work on a mix of transactional, regulatory and contentious employment issues and will have access to structured development and mentoring.

Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
German legal qualification (two state examinations) with strong academic results
Experience or interest in employment law and employee benefits; transactional and restructuring experience beneficial
Very good command of English; strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and team orientation
