Experienced employment attorney opportunity in a busy regional employment & labor practice with openings across multiple California offices (San Diego, Los Angeles, Santa Monica). The role combines litigation and counseling work for a diverse client base.

Associates will handle case development, legal research and writing, discovery management, witness interviews and investigations, and brief preparation. The practice also advises on employment policies, statutory and regulatory compliance, and employment and separation agreements.

The team seeks collaborative candidates who can mentor junior lawyers, communicate clearly with clients, and contribute to a high‑performance practice. Admission to the California bar is required.

2–5 years of employment & labor experience (litigation and counseling)
Admission to the California bar
Experience with discovery, witness interviews/investigations, and brief writing
Client counseling experience on policies, compliance, and separation agreements
Strong academic record, excellent legal writing and communication skills, and willingness to mentor junior associates
