Mid-Senior Labor & Employment Associate - Labor & Employment Practice

Seeking a mid-to-senior level labor & employment associate to join a national practice group with openings in the Los Angeles and Orange County offices. The role focuses on employer-side counseling and litigation across a variety of industries.

The position involves defending employers in wage & hour class actions (including PAGA matters), discrimination and harassment cases, retaliation and leave/accommodation disputes, and advising on personnel policies and employment agreements. Expect a mix of motion practice, discovery management, client counseling and courtroom appearances.

• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification labor & employment experience (associate level).
• Substantial wage & hour class action and PAGA experience required; experience defending individual discrimination/harassment/retaliation matters preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and ability to manage案件 and take ownership of work.
• Experience with motion practice, discovery, and client counseling in employment matters.
