Mid–senior level associate role in a national employment litigation group. The position can be based in the firm's Los Angeles or New York office; candidates should expect to handle complex employment disputes, including individual and class-action matters.

Strong litigation experience is required; substantial employment-litigation exposure is strongly preferred. Matters may involve trade-secret and restrictive covenant claims, pay-equity issues, and other high-stakes employment disputes.

High academic credentials and proven law-firm litigation experience are required. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the state where they will sit.

  • Mid–senior level associate with substantial litigation experience; employment litigation background strongly preferred
  • Experience with class actions, trade-secret/restrictive covenant disputes, pay-equity or similar employment matters is a plus
  • Outstanding academic record and prior law-firm litigation experience
  • Admission to the state bar where candidate will be based
