High academic credentials and proven law-firm litigation experience are required. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the state where they will sit.
- Mid–senior level associate with substantial litigation experience; employment litigation background strongly preferred
- Experience with class actions, trade-secret/restrictive covenant disputes, pay-equity or similar employment matters is a plus
- Outstanding academic record and prior law-firm litigation experience
- Admission to the state bar where candidate will be based
