Associate — Employment & Labor

Established national law firm is seeking a first- to third-year associate for its Employment & Labor practice. The role is open to candidates in the firm s U.S. offices, with hiring anticipated in Reston, VA or Washington, DC.

The team advises on employment counseling and compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and employment-related aspects of M&A transactions. Some employment litigation experience is a plus. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and an expected annual pay range of $225,000 $260,000, with final offers dependent on location and experience.

• 1 3 years of relevant employment & labor experience
• Experience with employment counseling, executive employment/separation agreements, and employment issues in M&A
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Litigation experience is advantageous
