Join a large, international employment & labour team based in London. The role is permanent, hybrid and sits within a practice that handles advisory, tribunal litigation, cross-border projects and employment elements of corporate transactions.

As an associate you will support a range of clients across sectors, work on multi-jurisdictional engagements and collaborate with colleagues across the global network. The post offers exposure to HR advisory, TUPE/outsourcing, restructuring, tribunal defence and employment elements of M&A.

The team encourages contribution to business development and thought leadership and provides opportunities to build market-facing profile while developing technical strengths in employment law.

  • 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law.
  • Experience of employment tribunal litigation and day-to-day HR advisory (grievances, disciplinaries, redundancy processes).
  • Familiarity with TUPE, outsourcing arrangements and employment aspects of corporate transactions (e.g. due diligence, warranties).
  • Comfort working on multi-jurisdictional/global employment projects and collaborating across offices.
  • Good drafting, research and client-facing skills; interest in business development and external thought leadership.
