The role is commercially focused and sits within a collaborative, non‑hierarchical team that works closely with corporate, finance and technical specialists across the firm.
The work includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and supporting energy project development, financing and sale processes. You will have regular client contact and opportunities to develop commercial advisory and client-handling skills.

- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales); 1–4 years PQE
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (pre‑requisite)
- Some exposure to the energy sector (commercial or transactional work)
- Strong research, drafting and client‑facing skills; pragmatic and commercially minded
