Join a specialist Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance team within a global firm, advising lenders, sponsors, funds and developers on structured real estate and project-driven infrastructure financings. Work covers senior and mezzanine real estate lending, development and portfolio financings, and financings for transport, energy transition and digital infrastructure assets.

The role offers hands-on exposure to transactional work: drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, managing CPs and closings, and supporting cross‑disciplinary deals involving renewables, rail, EV platforms and data centres. You will support deal delivery, liaise with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to pitches and business development.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent admission in a relevant jurisdiction.
Experience in real estate finance, banking & finance or infrastructure/project finance (transactional drafting and negotiation experience).
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines and transaction workstreams.
Commercial awareness, collaborative mindset and interest in business development.
