Apply in confidence →Short-term, full-time (6 month) opportunity for a repackaging lawyer to join a flexible resourcing team supporting a leading international law firm's client base. The role requires three days per week in the London office.
The appointment will involve working on in-house repackaging programmes, including issuing notes, warrants and loans, and handling exercises such as warrant and swap call mechanics. You will be supported by a sponsoring partner and have access to firm resources and know‑how while on assignment.
This is a hands-on role for a candidate comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and delivering to tight deadlines within a small, collaborative team.
- Qualified solicitor with demonstrable repackaging / structured finance experience (in-house or at a financial institution or law firm).
- Practical experience issuing notes, warrants and loans under repackaging programmes and executing warrant/swap call exercises.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
- Right to work in the UK required (visa sponsorship not available).
