Join a London-based Infrastructure, Projects & Energy team focused on project finance across energy and strategic infrastructure. The role offers hands-on involvement in cross-border and multi-source financings, refinancings and secondary market transactions for a broad range of power, renewables and infrastructure assets.

You will support deal execution from early structuring and term-sheet negotiation through finance documentation, security packages and closing, working alongside senior lawyers on bankability issues, diligence and project-level contracting. The team handles complex, multi-jurisdictional mandates and offers clear progression through a structured associate development programme.

Minimum 1 PQE in project finance or Infrastructure/Projects & Energy finance
Experience with facility agreements, security packages and intercreditor arrangements on long-term infrastructure projects
Exposure or strong interest in cross-border and multi-source financings (ECAs, DFIs, mezzanine or capital markets)
Commercial mindset, resilience under pressure and strong drafting and negotiating skills
