A leading structured finance and derivatives team is hiring an Associate (2+ PQE) to join its UK practice, with opportunities in London or Bristol. The team advises banks, asset managers and other financial institutions on complex structured products, repackagings, exchange-traded products, structured credit and bespoke financing solutions across domestic and cross-border markets.

The role involves owning significant transaction workstreams, managing day-to-day client interactions and collaborating with Capital Markets, Financial Markets and Regulatory colleagues on technically sophisticated and market-leading matters. The position offers exposure to a wide range of asset classes and innovative product types.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common-law qualification)
2+ years' post-qualification experience with strong exposure to structured finance / structured products
Experience advising investment banks, asset managers, financial institutions or similar market participants
Strong technical drafting and transaction-management skills, with the ability to take ownership of matters
Collaborative, commercially minded and comfortable mentoring more junior lawyers
