Join a market-leading Energy & Infrastructure team handling commercial offtake and PPA work across renewable power, storage and related energy products. The role is open to candidates in any U.S. office and involves working on physical and virtual PPAs, corporate PPAs, storage offtake agreements, REC and carbon-credit offtakes, hedging/ISDA arrangements and industry-standard EEI agreements.

You will work closely with deal teams and clients on complex, fast-paced transactions — drafting and negotiating commercial documents, coordinating with project development, financing and regulatory specialists, and supporting cross-practice matters.

The team offers structured training, mentoring and opportunities to develop a transactional energy practice within a national platform.

3–9 years of transactional energy experience, with demonstrable PPA/offtake work.
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on PPAs, offtake or related agreements (ISDA, REC, storage agreements).
Bar membership in the state where the candidate will be based.
Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills and ability to work in client-facing teams.
