Mid to senior-level associate opportunity in Houston to join an Energy & Infrastructure Projects practice. The role focuses on project finance and transactional work, including financing and M&A matters related to energy and infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will have experience leading project finance transactions and/or acquisitions and dispositions, strong academic credentials, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal work. The position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The team provides an enhanced mentoring program for laterals, professional development resources, an active pro bono program, and operates a hybrid work model (primarily in-office Monday–Thursday with designated remote periods).

Mid to senior associate (approx. class years 2019–2021); 3–5 years post-qualification experience
Substantial project finance and/or M&A transactional experience
Track record leading project finance deals and/or acquisitions/dispositions
Strong academic background and demonstrated commitment to high-quality client service
