Seeking an associate with 2–7 years of energy-related construction experience to join a well-established global energy and infrastructure practice. The role sits within an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) team advising on large-scale projects across conventional and renewable energy sectors.

Work will focus on drafting and negotiating EPC, O&M, procurement and other construction-related contracts for domestic and cross-border energy and infrastructure projects. The role offers exposure to complex, project-driven matters and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Applicants should be motivated, client-facing, and interested in deepening technical contract drafting and negotiation skills within the energy sector. State bar membership for the office location is required.

2–7 years of experience in construction law or energy/infrastructure transactions, including EPC, O&M or procurement agreements
J.D. and membership in the state bar of the office where the candidate will be located
Strong drafting, negotiation and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work on domestic and international project work and collaborate across teams
