Seeking an associate with 2–7 years of energy-related construction experience to join a well-established global energy and infrastructure practice. The role sits within an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) team advising on large-scale projects across conventional and renewable energy sectors.

Work will focus on drafting and negotiating EPC, O&M, procurement and other construction-related contracts for domestic and cross-border energy and infrastructure projects. The role offers exposure to complex, project-driven matters and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Applicants should be motivated, client-facing, and interested in deepening technical contract drafting and negotiation skills within the energy sector. State bar membership for the office location is required.

  • 2–7 years of experience in construction law or energy/infrastructure transactions, including EPC, O&M or procurement agreements
  • J.D. and membership in the state bar of the office where the candidate will be located
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on domestic and international project work and collaborate across teams
