An elite global practice is seeking an associate with 2–7+ years of energy-related experience to join its engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) transactions team. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating EPC, O&M, procurement, and other construction-related contracts for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects across domestic and international markets.

Candidates will work within a market-leading energy and infrastructure group of over 200 attorneys dedicated full-time to the sector, covering conventional oil and gas, nuclear power, and renewable energy. The ideal candidate will be based in the Houston office, though other offices will also be considered.

2–7+ years of experience in construction law
Background in energy-related projects, including conventional oil and gas, nuclear power, and/or renewables
Experience drafting and negotiating EPC, O&M, procurement, and construction contracts
Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
Membership in the state bar of the office in which the candidate expects to be located
