Top-tier New York office seeks a junior to mid-level Associate to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group, focusing on ERISA matters. The role will support the ERISA practice across transactions and client counseling.

Work will involve ERISA and tax-qualified retirement plan matters in the context of fund formation, investment management and structured finance. Exposure to 401(k), pension, and health & welfare plan work is a plus.

  • 2–3 years' experience in ERISA and employee benefits law
  • Admitted to the New York Bar
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, tax-qualified retirement plans, and ERISA compliance
  • Experience advising in fund formation, investment management or structured finance contexts preferred
  • Excellent academic and professional credentials; collaborative team player
