Work will involve ERISA and tax-qualified retirement plan matters in the context of fund formation, investment management and structured finance. Exposure to 401(k), pension, and health & welfare plan work is a plus.
- 2–3 years' experience in ERISA and employee benefits law
- Admitted to the New York Bar
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, tax-qualified retirement plans, and ERISA compliance
- Experience advising in fund formation, investment management or structured finance contexts preferred
- Excellent academic and professional credentials; collaborative team player
